Building an Iconic Local Brand
South Bend, IN – “Building an Iconic Local Brand” will be the subject of the Michiana Chapter of the American Marketing Association’s marketing luncheon on Tuesday, February 19. The event will be held at the Windsor Park Conference Center in Mishawaka, Indiana, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and will feature a panel of local women who have successfully built a loyal and engaged following of their brand.
The Michiana Chapter of the American Marketing Association has assembled an all-star cast of area women who have built significant brands and are having major impact in their market. The panelists will share what they have done from a marketing standpoint that has made them successful, and what specific strategies and tactics have they employed. Gwen O’Brien, Director of Media Relations at Saint Mary’s College, will moderate the panel.
The panelists will include Karen Barnett, President and CEO of Valley Screen Process Company, Inc; Julie Eckert Clancy, a successful fashion entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the fashion retail industry; Kathy Reddy White, Owner of Circa Arts Gallery; and Betsy Tavernier, President and publisher of The Family Magazines of Michiana.
The February 19 luncheon presentation will be held at the Windsor Park Conference Center in Mishawaka. Networking and registration begin at 11:30 a.m. with lunch promptly at noon and the panel presentation concluding at 1:00 p.m. The luncheon cost is $35. AMA members pay a discounted rate of $25, and students pay $17. Seating is limited.
